"Big" John Wallace is an American bass player. John is best known as a member of the Harry Chapin band. He was the only band member that was with Harry during is entire solo music career (1971-1981). Today, John performs with the Steve Chapin Band and also appears at The Chapin Family concerts. John's son, Clark, has recently joined the band.
